In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, InstaHires has appointed a Grievance Officer to handle complaints about content, personal data and use of the platform.

2. What you can raise
- Fake, misleading or offensive job listings or profiles.
- Misuse of your personal data, or requests to access, correct or delete it.
- Impersonation, harassment or fraud by another user.
- Billing or account issues that weren't resolved by support.
3. How to file a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer with your name, registered email or phone number, a description of the issue, and any links or screenshots that help us investigate.
4. Timelines
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Requests to remove content that exposes someone's private information or impersonates them are acted on within 72 hours.
5. Escalation
If you're not satisfied with our response to a personal-data complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
