Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of InstaHires. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use InstaHires.

1. Using InstaHires

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Use InstaHires only for lawful hiring and job-seeking activity. Candidate accounts are free; employer plans and pricing are described on our Pricing section.

2. Accounts and roles

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTPs secure and for all activity on your account. Employer accounts are responsible for the accuracy of job listings they post. Administrator accounts are provisioned only by an existing administrator.

3. Employer obligations

• Post only genuine, currently open roles with accurate pay, location and requirements.
• Never charge candidates any fee for applying, interviewing or being hired.
• Use candidate data only to evaluate them for the role they applied to.
• Follow applicable labour, equal-opportunity and data-protection laws.

4. Acceptable use

You may not post misleading or discriminatory job listings, impersonate another person or company, scrape or bulk-download data, send spam, upload malware, or use InstaHires to collect candidate data for purposes unrelated to genuine hiring.

5. Payments and plans

Paid employer plans are billed in advance through our payment partner, Cashfree. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post, such as résumés and job listings. You give InstaHires a licence to host, display and share it as needed to run the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Disclaimers

InstaHires connects candidates and employers; we are not a party to any employment contract and do not guarantee a job, a hire, or the conduct of any user. The platform is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, InstaHires is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
